  • What is the best way to get in touch with you if I have a question? 

The best way to get a hold of us is to call 480-515-9783 (local) or 877-515-9783 (Toll Free for U.S. and Canada) or email anythingforbaby@aol.com. Please call if you need your rentals within the next 48 hours.


  • What are your hours?

The office is open Monday-Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm PT. We may be out on deliveries, so if we don't answer, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. 

Our office is always closed on the following days: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you need to get ahold of us please leave a message or send us an email at anythingforbaby@aol.com. If you need items on these days and give us notice, we can usually work out an earlier delivery day for you.

 

  • I am having trouble picking my dates on your website, what should I do?

Try hitting Control+R to clear the cache. Sometimes that works. If you continue to have problems, please give us a call at 480-515-9783 or email anythingforbaby@aol.com. 

 

  • What if my equipment breaks or is not what I expected?
Give us a call, 480-515-9783,  and we'll replace it for you, as soon as possible.
 
 
  • Will my rentals be exactly what is shown in the picture on the website? 
 Not always. Models and colors will vary but the item will be of like kind and quality as the item pictured.
 
 
 
  • How do I place my order?

  • Will you install my car seat?
No, sorry, we cannot install car seats but manufacturer's instructions will be provided. For a car seat inspection station in your area go to http://www.nhtsa.gov/cps/cpsfitting/index.cfm .

 

  • Do you have a minimum order amount?

 For free local delivery, the minimum order is $25. 

 

  •  What is your refund policy?
Baby Equipment Rentals Refund Policy

We understand that plans change,  babies get sick and stuff just happens, so here is our refund policy:
 
If the rental order has not been delivered, a full refund will be given or a full store credit will be applied to your rescheduled reservation. 
 
If the rental order has been delivered, we are notified within 24 hours to pick up the items and your reservation will be rescheduled, 100% of the order will be applied towards your rescheduled reservation.
 
If the rental order has been delivered, we are notified within 24 hours to pick up the items and your reservation will be not be rescheduled or you would just prefer a refund, you will be charged the one day price for each item plus tax and the remainder will be refunded.
 

Breast Pump Rental Refund Policy and Automatic Renewal

For a full refund, breast pumps must be returned within 24 hours of rental. Kits and breastfeeding supplies are non-refundable. For a partial refund, 3 or 5 month prepaid rental pumps may be returned prior to the end of the contract time. Rental time will be calculated at the per month rate and the difference will be refunded.

We do not prorate the monthly rate. 

For example: Prepaid Symphony 3 months rental returned after 1 ½ months. $169 (3 month rate) - $69 (1st month) - $69 (2nd month) = $31 Refund 

Breast pumps will automatically renew to the credit card on file until pump is returned.


  • What is your delivery area? 

We deliver to most of  the Phoenix Metro area with the exception of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Mesa Gateway Airport, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Estrella Mountain, Buckeye, Gold Canyon, San Tan Valley, Sun City Festival and Maricopa. See our location page for our delivery area. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we have a self pick up option or can sometimes meet in a prearranged location. Please call for details. 

 

  • Can I substitute in your packages? 

Yes, we will substitute some items in our packages. If you are ordering on the website, leave the item blank that you are substituting and enter the new item under special requests.

 

  • How far in advance should I place my order? 

We will take orders as far in advance as you'd like or at the last minute. Keep in mind that we do have limited quantities and tend to run out during holidays and spring break. Our delivery days and times are also limited. If you need to rent equipment within 48 hours we do suggest that you call us with your order.

 

  • Do you deliver to the airport?

Sorry, we'll only deliver to a resort or residence. If you like to self pick up we can arrange to have your rentals waiting for you at Suitcases & More in Scottsdale. Please call for information.

 

  •  How do I know if your equipment is safe?

Our equipment is checked after every use and we are notified of recalls by the  U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission as soon as they are issued. 

 

  •  What if my Medela Breastpump stops working?
Call us to report the problem and we will replace the pump, as soon as possible. If you are unable to contact us, Medela Customer Service is available Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 7:00 pm CST and Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm at 1-800-435-8316.
